Personal Information does not include information displayed in your public profile on our Site, if any. Any information you do choose to share in your public profile, if any, can be accessed by all other Users.

By using our Site, you indicate your consent for the Company and our affiliates to send cookies to your computing device in order to uniquely identify your browser and improve the quality of our Sites. For a description of how cookies work, please see the section entitled “Cookies” below.
Log Files. Like many online Sites, we automatically gather certain information about our Site traffic and store it in log files. The identifier in the persistent cookie also allows us to look up details of your previous session to make your use of the Site easier. The persistent cookie may also contain a cryptographic checksum used to verify the origin and identity of the session.
If you reject cookies, you may still use our Site, but your ability to use some areas of our Site may be limited.
Depending on the functions that you choose to engage with on the Site, you may receive text, video, photo, SMS, voicemail, email, and other communications from us, Arty, or third party providers. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to opt out of receiving such communication.

Business Change. If we become involved in a merger, consolidation, acquisition, sale of assets, joint venture, securities offering, bankruptcy, reorganization, liquidation, dissolution or other transaction, or if the ownership of all or substantially all of our business otherwise changes, we may share or transfer your information to successor party or parties in connection with such transaction or change in ownership.
Sharing Information. We may share certain service-type information, including information obtained through tools such as cookies, log files, device identifiers, location data and clear GIFs (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with our third-party business associates for the purposes described in the section titled “How We Collect and Use Information.” We may also aggregate or otherwise strip data of all personally identifying characteristics and may share that aggregated, anonymized data with third parties.
